Common Problems in Reddy Book Win and How to Fix Them
Most problems people report with Reddy Book Win fall into a handful of categories: they cannot log in, a deposit has not shown up, a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, or a bet settled differently from what they expected. Each of these has a known cause and a fix that takes minutes. This guide goes through them in the order they usually happen, from the login screen onwards.
1. Login problems
Wrong username or password
Type the details manually instead of pasting them. Trailing spaces and look-alike characters (capital I and lowercase l, zero and the letter O) cause most failures. If you have tried twice, stop and request a reset through the same WhatsApp chat that issued your ID. Repeated attempts trigger a temporary lock.
“Account blocked”
A block is set by the back office, not by the login page, so refreshing will not help. Message support with your user ID. Common reasons are a pending settlement query, a duplicate account, or too many failed attempts.
Login page will not open
Reddybook uses more than one web address. If one is slow or down, use the Reddybook login page here, which always points at a working address. Clearing the browser cache or switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi fixes the rest.
2. Deposit not credited
Deposits are matched to your ID using the UTR (transaction reference) you send. If the balance has not changed after ten minutes:
- Check the payment actually left your bank app. “Pending” in UPI means the desk cannot see it yet.
- Send the original screenshot showing the UTR, amount and time. Cropped or edited images are rejected.
- Quote the exact amount. A payment of 1,999 when 2,000 was agreed is held for manual review.
Never pay to an account number that was not sent inside your own chat. Fake “deposit desks” on Telegram are the single biggest cause of lost money.
3. Withdrawal delayed
Withdrawals are processed by hand after checking for unsettled bets. In daytime they normally clear in one to two hours; overnight requests are handled in the morning. If yours is stuck longer than that:
- Confirm the bank account is in your own name. Third-party accounts are refused without notice.
- Check whether a bonus turnover condition is still open. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the condition is met.
- Ask for the status in the chat and include the request time. Do not raise a second request, which resets the queue position.
4. Bet settled the wrong way
Most settlement disputes come from match rules rather than errors. Before raising a query, check these:
- Rain or abandoned matches. Match-winner markets are usually voided; session and fancy markets follow the exchange’s stated rules.
- Super overs. Whether the super over counts for the match-winner market is stated in the market rules.
- Live betting delay. Bets placed in the seconds before a wicket may be voided by the delay rule. This is normal on every exchange.
If the rules support your case, send the bet ID and a screenshot of the bet slip. Genuine settlement errors are corrected within a day.
5. Odds not updating or the page freezes
Live odds stream continuously and need a steady connection. On a weak signal the page shows stale odds and rejects bets with “odds changed”. Switch to Wi-Fi, close other apps, and avoid using the site through a VPN, which adds delay and can also trigger a security block.
6. Casino table not loading
Live casino tables run as video streams. If the table stays black, the browser is usually blocking autoplay. Tap once inside the table area, or open the table in Chrome rather than an in-app browser (Instagram or WhatsApp’s built-in browser often fails).
7. Session logs out on its own
One ID can have one active session. If you sign in on a second device, the first one is disconnected. If nobody else has your login, change the password immediately, because it may have been shared without your knowledge.
8. Not receiving WhatsApp replies
The ID desk works in shifts, so replies can slow down after midnight. During the day, a reply within ten to fifteen minutes is typical. If you have waited longer, check that you are messaging the number that issued your ID and not a number copied from a group or a search result.
Preventing problems in the first place
- Keep one account, on one device at a time.
- Change your password on first login and store it somewhere private.
- Send original screenshots for every payment.
- Read the market rules once. It takes five minutes and prevents most disputes.
- Set a fixed monthly budget. Chasing losses is the fastest way to turn a small problem into a big one. If betting stops feeling like entertainment, take a break.
Still stuck?
If none of the steps above solves it, get in touch through the Reddybook ID page with your user ID, the time the problem started and one clear screenshot. That is everything support needs to look it up. Reddy Book Win is for users aged 18 and over. Please play responsibly.
